Virgin Mary Chapel with 'Liopetro - The Venue', Kouklia
You could not ask for a more unique and special place, with amazing views of the Mediterranean sea, for your ceremony and wedding reception.
Situated in the village of Kouklia just outside Paphos you can marry either in the ancient chapel of Virgin Mary or in the more informal Liopetro venue itself. Panagia Odigitria, the Virgin Mary Chapel, is an ancient 12th Century chapel with stunning 16th century frescoes. It is built with stone taken in antiquity from the ruins of the nearby Temple of Aphrodite. The chapel seats around 40 guests. |

This magical venue is set amongst beautiful gardens and archaeological grounds that are infused in history. It offers two beautiful outdoor ceremony venues, Aphrodite Circle with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Kouklia countryside or Zeus Square where you are surrounded by blossoming lavender and flowers. Zeus Square is built with natural stone and the lovely trees and plants enhance the stunning views all around. Please note - the chapel can only be booked as part of the Liopetro wedding package.
